I look at your funnel, your tools and the work your team repeats every week. You get a short list of what to fix first, and a fixed price for each fix.
- Two calls with you and the people who do the work
- A review of your funnel, your tracking and the tools you pay for
- A map of the tasks your team repeats every week, and where AI can safely take some of them on
- A ranked list of up to five fixes, each with what it takes and a fixed price to build it
- A short note on data and safety: what an AI tool may see, and what stays closed
- The fee comes off the price of a Build if you book one within 60 days

- Building the fixes. That is a Build.

- What is wrong, in one plain sentence
- Why it matters: which number it holds back
- What it takes to fix, and who would do it
- Whether AI helps here, or whether it is not the right answer
- A fixed price to build it

The fee comes back
If you book a Build within 60 days, the £1,500 comes off its price.
Prices are in GBP and exclude VAT where it applies. I invoice in GBP, or in EUR or USD if you prefer.

We talk through the business, the funnel and the work your team repeats. You give me read-only access to the tools that matter, such as your analytics and your CRM.
The two weeks
I go through it all
I review your funnel, your tracking and the tools you pay for, and I map the jobs your team repeats every week. Where something does not add up, I check it against the source.
The end
The second call, and your list
I walk you and the people who do the work through what I found. You keep a written list of up to five fixes, ranked, each with what it takes and a fixed price to build it.
