SharpEnd
Eight-plus analytics setups for their clients, and a team trained to run the ninth.

sharpend.com, as it looks today.
What I did
A repeatable sequence, run per client
Once an experience hit staging I mapped the whole flow with events and properties, handed the developers an implementation brief, audited what came back, deployed to production, audited again, then built the reporting.
The second audit is the one that matters
Staging and production disagree more often than anybody expects. Auditing only once is how agencies end up reporting confidently on nothing.
Then train them out of needing me
I ran workshops with their internal team so they could take the next setup themselves. That was the point of the engagement, not a bonus at the end of it.
What came of it
Results.
Figures belong to this engagement and this client. Nothing here is an average or a benchmark, and no number appears without the work behind it described above.
“From day one I understood the quality, professionalism and attention to detail he puts into his work. Communication is always a breeze and working across various projects within our company and with various stakeholders, he has consistently delivered.”
What I took from it
Doing the work is worth less than making the work repeatable. Eight setups mattered less than the ninth one they ran without me.
